Dan Giustina is co-founder and partner of Merchant Films, which develops, finances, produces and secures distribution for highly targeted films. Merchant Films has a two pronged strategy; develop its own projects and co-produce projects with a select set of partners. Both strategies are focused on leveraging company owned production assets (stages, video editing, and sound design) to create high quality products in a controlled cost model. Exploring the establishment of a division focused on foreign sales is also a part of the strategy


Dan Giustina serves as Managing General Partner for Giustina Resources, which owns and manages timberlands in Western Oregon and Western Washington. Giustina Resources is a family business which traces its initial operations in the wood products business to 1916. Giustina Resources serves both domestic and international markets.


Dan Giustina is also Managing General Partner of G Group, which owns and manages commercial and industrial real estate in Oregon and Washington. G Group is a family owned real estate business with primary ownership in retail shopping centers in Seattle, Washington, and Portland, Salem, Eugene and Bend, Oregon.


Dan has been Managing General Partner of both family businesses since 1990. He also serves as the Vice President of the Umpqua Bank Board of Directors, an $8 billion bank with stores in Washington, Oregon and California.


Dan earned a BS and MBA from the University of Oregon, and previously served as Chairman and President of the University of Oregon Foundation, as well as Chairman of YPO (Young Presidents Organization).

SCOTT CHAMBERS

BIOGRAPHY OF SCOTT CHAMBERS

Scott Chambers serves as Executive Producer for Arcadia Lost. Chambers is president of Chambers Productions and oversees the Chambers Studios in Oregon, a 100,000 sq.ft. turnkey film, television and digital production facility. He also manages Chambers' broadcast television holdings, which include four ABC Network Affiliates in Oregon and has been a Media Executive for over 25 years.

Exploring the establishment of a division focused on foreign sales is also a part of the strategy.

In 1991, Scott took the lead in the Chambers’ acquisition of Westcom Creative Group, a full service film and video production company, which was renamed Chambers Productions in 1997. Chambers Productions has done over 2000 hours of television production for broadcast and cable networks.
Scott served as Executive Producer for the documentary film Fire on the Track, The Steve Prefontaine Story, as well as for the movie Chamaco. Chambers was the Executive in charge of Production on the first run syndicated television court show We, the Jury and was also the Executive in charge of Production for the PBS series Smart Gardening.

Scott earned a B.S. and has done graduate work at the University of Oregon. He currently serves on the board of Umpqua Bank, an $.8billion based bank, and is a former board member of the Oregon Film and Video Office, CableLabs, and the National Cable Television Association. He's also a past president of the Oregon Cable Television Association and member and chairman of YPO (Young Presidents Organization).
